been blind in right eye since 7. i've gotten used to it. being blind in left eye will be a little more difficult for you in that looking for clearance behind you will be difficult to the left. you will have to turn almost all the way around to the left to see behind you. it will be easier to see behind you to the right. the real problem is that the nose gets in the way. really.

having said all this, my recommendation is to not join leagues that involve moving ball sports. and if forced into joining either a baseball team or pingpong. pick pingpong. the ball doesn't hurt as much when it hits you dead square in the face. really. i know this for a fact.
I agree, and I can see from both eyes!

My step-father lost an eye. It didn't stop him from doing anything. I'd say the loss of peripheral vision is a bigger deal than loss of depth perception.

If you use a helmet mirror, move it to the right side.
