Hey, I remember your post last year as well. I did the 145km last year. I am planning on doing the full 180km this year.

I have a 2 year old at home so I can't really put any more time into riding than I already am right now. I joined the KNBC club this year, so I am doing their Wed night rides. Then I bike commute to work 20km per day, then the extra 40 - 50km on wed nights.
