NY and MA law specifically prohibits 0-12 month olds on a bike or trailer. Unless I'm reading the laws completely wrong, it would not be possible to raise a family in NY or MA using a bike as primary transportation without bending the rules.
Do they have car seats on public transportation? Cuz we can put our daughter in a car seat and put the seat into a stroller, but my 3yo still needs a car seat as a lap belt is clearly not enough.
So, does any public transportation offer built-in seats for toddlers?
