You do realize they just stop on the side of the road and go... right? If you watch the Tour broadcast they often show the guys stopping for a "nature break". In fact this morning a crash was caused by someone stopping for a "break" and the road was too narrow.
The other problem... well I guess they just have to deal with it... side of the road, go and get back on the bike...
