Has anyone tried Michelin Protek Max tubes?

They've been out for more than a year now but I don't see any reviews or comments about them anywhere. I'd really like to know if they are actually as good at self-sealing as Michelin claims. Also whether they do keep air pressure longer. Topping off tires isn't one of my favorite activities. With the claims Michelin makes for these tubes, they sound too good to be true. Real pity they don't make a tube to fit the 2.35" Schwalbe Big Apples though. Their biggest is 700Cx47 and I would guess that inflating them to fit the 60mm BAs would stretch them out and cancel the advantage of the "self-compressing" design.
