Bent Rear Dropout

Hi,

I did a search for this topic but found nothing, so here goes:

I have a bent rear dropout as shown in my pictures. I'm unsure how this happened, but it might have been caused by me fitting a 120mm spaced hub when the frame is spaced for 130mm (I just tightened the axle nuts thus bending the frame in a bit). I didn't ride it this way because in the end I bought a 135mm hub to get a good chainline.

My question is, would this make it more dangerous to ride with this frame? Would there be a risk of the dropout snapping? BTW, this is a steel frame (Reynold's 500, to be exact).

Regards,
T
