Sounds like nobody else feels unstable on theirs, which is good. I thought I'd hate the S2 and fall head-over-heals in love with the R3 ... now I kind of want to prefer the S2, but I'm not sure.

Very interesting. I'm 6'1" and rode both bikes in 58. One fitter told me 57.3 cm is ideal for me, and another told me that 58 cm is workable, but I might be better off in a 60 or 61. The geometry is pretty different between the S2 and R3, so maybe it's changed enough that this is what's going on?

The one that comes stock with the bike ... maybe 110 mm, and I think -6 degrees. They moved the saddle to match the height from the BB against my bike, and for reach, but left the stems on each.
