Should be somewhere around one pedal rotation (once the rider gets clipped in).

Couple of factors, from a standing clipped in start, the clipless rider will have the advantage from the start.

If it were... say a cyclocross running start, the platform rider might get a second or two advantage while the clipless rider gets clipped in... but that advantage will be negated the second the clipless rider starts pedallin'.

So basically as soon as the clipless rider is clipped in, platforms lose the advantage.
