Wish to Request an unofficial Pie ride.
Plenty to celebrate- but have to admit that this one is definitely worth us sacrificing our waist lines for.
Beverley is back riding so I propose that we have a Pie ride for her. Not going to give you much time either as it is Friday now- I am at work on Saturday and am on holiday next week.
That leaves Sunday 10th July for all of us to take a ride to our best cafe and join in with a slice of Pie for one of our Revered members (Was going to say "older" but Bev has a strong right hook)
I know it is not the forums official pie ride but I think it is well worth taking a break on your century ride up a mountain-On your Double Century- or even on that 50 mile offroad you are doing on Sunday to take the first step in training for the"Official" Pie ride in September
And on top of that- If 50 of us can do a Pie ride- it will stop Beverley from doing all that cooking and posting of slices out to us.
