Pics or it didn't happen!
CAAD 10 105 compact 50/34 with 12-27 Cassette. I originally wanted a standard 53/39 but the LBS tried to talk me into the compact. So far no big deals as there are quite a few hills in my neck of the woods and this is my first road bike so building up stamina.
Will changing to a 11-26 cassette give me a little more on the top end?
My only issue has been with the seatpost so I slapped a cover on it. What do others think of the Kaapa saddle...is that a decent saddles or would I notice a difference on a different/better type of saddle (I don't wear biker shorts but I might start)?
Also 2ndGen how far would you go in upgrading the CAAD 10? Would you consider slapping on an expensive build kit like SRAM RED or Dura Ace on the CAAD10 frame or buy a new bike all together. Eventually as time goes on I plan on upgrading some components.
So far the rides have been awesome. I logged in 125 miles in my first week. I'm in absolute heaven!
