@Infinitedreams: The first thing I would do to that bike is the saddle. Those gel padded covers are bad for you on longer rides, get a better saddle and some riding shorts.
I have that same CAAD, the upgrades I'm planning first are wheels (with some tires) and crankset.
And yes, very upgradeable frame.
