As always, thank you guys for your advice and opinion. I am pushing through with the craigslist transaction. I am tempted to assemble it myself (especially as I can have the help of my friend in assembling) and thus saving money but still on the fence if I 'd want to do that or have a dealer assemble it as I have talked to a couple of dealers here who claims that I can still register it for warranty without a purchase receipt as long as I have a proof that a dealer did the initial assembly adjustments etc. and register it online. Has any of you ever done a warranty claim for your Dahon? If so, did you have to show your purchase receipt before the shop took the bike in to repair it? Thanks again!!!
