jamis made the quest from 94 on. Id say that is either a 2002 or 2003 ( http://www.bikepedia.com/QuickBike/B...uest&Type=bike). it is a steel frame w/ carbon fork although the fork on your bike is not what is spec'd on bikepedia. 105 is shimano's middle of the road component level which actually performs pretty nice. I cant tell what wheels are on your bike but they also look different than whats spec'd probably an upgrade. the saddle is good quality as is the stem. your pedals are mountian bike pedals but will work just fine and are very nice (I ride very similar ones on my mtb). original price was $1200-1300. Id say if you paid less then $500 you did pretty well. now go out ride.
