The driver had a choice of: (1) hitting the tree with his car; (2) slamming on the brakes, and letting the following motorcycles run into the back of his car; or (3) swerving to miss the tree and mauling a bunch of pesky bicycle riders in pansy spandex clothes. What would you have done?
