yes diagnosed March of 2010 and was given a prescription of 3 Novolog Fast Acting Shots per day and 1 Lantus Slow Acting shot per day. Just changing my diet and before I started riding I was off of the Novolog and on May 7th of 2010 I was taken off of the Lantus. My A1C at 5.3 is pretty darn good. I go to test again in two months. It will be interesting to see where the A1C goes to. Riding sometimes will spike my Blood Sugar really high if I don't eat enough while riding.

Total cholesterol is 155
triglycerides 87
HDL cholesterol 46
LDL 92.
hemoglobin A1C is 5.3
