I don't think they are totally fixated on Contador but they have spent a lot of time on the returning champion for obvious reasons, he is the returning champion. Once LA was out of contention last year, it was all AS and AC for the rest of the tour. There was no desperate clamoring for a story line, it was already there: Shleck and Contador. I don't think Contador will drop out, he is not having good luck, but he will not drop out. . . unless he gets injured in one of the many crashes that have plagued this years Tour.

They have discussed Hushovd and Gilbert and their run with the Yellow and Green jerseys as well as who can take it away. Its only 1 week in. Lets see what happens after todays rest day.
