At any rate, even if they littered the route with feed zones that wouldn't significantly reduce the number of motor vehicles. And yet again, cars are not the problem.

There was a small caravan of motor vehicles behind the car, including several motorcycles directly behind it, all moving at 30mph. There is no way that hitting the tree would have produced a better outcome.
