I've had that same experience and it's hilarious. Immature and silly, but funny.

I forgot to mention this morning that I was having problems reeling in some guy who looked like he was on a MTB with luggage. Eventually I got close enough to see he had an electric motor! And he was using it. When I got near enough, I could hear it whining.
