I just came back from my LBS and here's what happened. I told them about my concern and they brought out different pair of shoes in 45 and 45.5 for me to try them on because we all have no idea why my Specialized shoes did fit when I first tried but not fitting anymore when I brought it home. They gave me another pair of shoes in 45.5 to try again, it was a day and night difference! They placed a new order for my shoes in 45.5 now and will exchange it for me on Friday, when the new pair of shoes arrives. I am very happy. Thanks guys!

Btw, my dress/running shoes are all 44 and I need a 45.5 in my cycling shoes. WTH
