I've seen this bike many times (Jamis Quest) and like the looks and geometry of it. There are some that are really hung-up on the lugged steel thing. I see nothing wrong with TIG welded steel. The positive riding attributes provided by a steel frame are in the flex characteristic of the tubing, not the lugs.
