Bikes: Habanero Titanium Team Nuevo

Well I have a garmin fourunner since I am a runner but I actually do it the old fashion way. I have my running log book back to 1986 and each morning when I get up for morning prayer, the deacon writes down in a regular calendar type book....

1. Distance run or biked
2 Time and pace
3 the shoes I wore or bike I was road.
4 my weight
5 Any other old ball thing...lately it has been my crazy bowels that seem to like to find a way out about 3-4 miles into the run. Cycling does not seem to cause this problem

I do up load the date from my Garmin but, I have only used that the last 3 years I still rely on the "paper metho

It is intersting to go back and simply look at the piles of calendars that accumulate.
