hm. well, i guess that depends on how close the follow truck is (are you leading the race? what category are you racing?) and a bunch of other factors. schleck got a wheel change in today's stage of the tour in <10 seconds. i would hope it would be less than 5 minutes...but maybe not.

(ps i don't think the neutral support is a substitute for carrying a tire/co2, but that's a personal call.)
