Cycle: Not chimps, just an old man who has been doing bikes all of his life and now overquotes people for repairs and treats his customers like crap. He just throws stuff together, overcharges his customers, and gets them out of there. Example, a $35 dollar front rim, new tire and tube, he wanted $115 for parts and labor.
Hill: Tried that, but then the chain rings are right up against the frame.
I measured the bb axle and it measured out at 5 inches, which I think converts to 127mm. I can get axles from J&B, only problem is the longer ones they have are for cottered cranks. Oh well, I'll try to figure something out today. Nothing like cleaning up someone else's mess. Thanks guys.
