Hey, i just found a very nice 79 peugeot super sport in a dumpster, it is in great condition, but i need a new stem for it. I know that french forks and i believe stems are different sizes. i have already checked the BB and cranks and they are both french threaded so i assume that the fork and stem are french as well, i just dont know how to tell if they are, and if they are what could i replace the stem with? or would i have to replace everything in the front end? (stem, fork, headset) thanks
