So true. I had that epiphany this week when I was planning on a long ride to make sure I hit my mileage goal and as I'm getting ready my 11yr old daughter told me she wanted to go. So we go putting around the neighborhood, through the park, took breaks, etc. We were out for almost an hour and 1/2 and only did about 6.5 miles, but it was a blast.

Got to stop and smell the roses every now and then for sure.
