Yeah, the plane was delayed... couple that with the time waiting in the TSA line, and whatever time it took to get to the airport and then the wait to board...

Sheesh, bikes win hands down.

At best it was a 40 minute flight... surrounded by hours of hassle and delay.

It took the bike guys just over 90 minutes to do the whole thing... I think even public transit beat the plane. And you don't get "felt up" riding the bike (don't know about public transit... that can be just plain weird).

Heck just the 40 minute flight and an hour to get to the airport and get through TSA would still take 100 minutes... the bike guys beat that by almost 10 minutes.

Now why is it again that "everyone drives in LA?"
