Chris, nice pics - I guess I'll have to take some pix of the lovely Lake Ontario beach I ride by, can't find any on websites.
This morning's ride was chilly (-1C), dark and exciting - I had a "stare down" (I attempted a Ratso Rizzo-ish look that said "Hey, I'm RIDING here!!!) with a mini-van merging into my lane- I guess it worked, he braked before I had to.
Also a brief dog encounter on the dark bike trial along the beach - Didn't see it, but it sounded like a small yapper, very close - I yelled at it and it stopped barking - I guess I won that encounter as well.
The ears were a little chilly this morning, guess I'll have to look for a headband to wear under my helmet.
