You may have to tweak the barrel adjuster on the rear derailleur a bit either in or out to fine tune the shifting. Different brand hubs have slightly different cassette body dimensions from the outer locknut. Or you may get lucky. My race wheels & training wheels are 3/4 of a turn different.

Probably should take your bike just in case. They can make sure the shifting is correct after the switch.
