This is why I normally don't weigh myself. I don't need to lose weight, and it just makes me neurotic about food and stuff. But there's this scale in the fitness center locker room at the office, and it's hard not to step on it once in a while. So I do and then I spend a day being grumpy. Time to go get a salad for lunch.
