anyway i was wondering if anyone has built on one of these suckers? my little brothers bike is soooo bad and he keeps stealing mine so i was looking into some cheap options since he works at walmart (he puts milk in the fridge like a boss) here is the frame any and all information is greatly appreciated!

I'm by no means a bike guru but i sure do read me some sheldon brown and have a half decent tool set.
