Big Mont - that pretty much mirrors my experience. The big local shop that everyone knows didn't have any time for me. I went through 3 or 4 stores until I found one that did. The manager at this one spent over 2 hours with me helping me with fit and pedal choice. The big shop is 5 min away. This one is 45 min away. Well worth the drive. (for those in the area, I highly recommend Cycles Plus in Huntington, NY).
