If it were me, I think I would have a talk to someone to get that cable off the road. It's not suppose to be there in the first place. For the time and trouble they used to put a cone out, why didn't they just throw the damn thing in the weeds or something. It had no place on the road, where it was placed. What would of happened if you were riding outside the line and had to pull over for a flat or something. The more I think about it, the madder I get.
