That was the dumbest thing about it. There was no way any driver could see that sign until they were almost on top of it.

wow, so I imagine they were thinking "this blind turn is dangerous and people can't see around it, so let's put the lane blocking work signs just after the turn where people can't see them, rather than right before the turn. I'm sure there will be no problem."
