A minute over Andy over 42k barring a giant tailwind would be minimum. Schleck was over 6 minutes behind the winner in 2010, Contador had a horrible time trial and took 30 seconds out of him over 52k and frankly Andy's gone backwards with his TT this year.
Evans will take several weeks out of Frank.
