Voekler will spot Frank, Cadel will spot Andy. If Frank goes and Thomas follows he'll have to back off because that could give TV the win. Same with the other two. In this case TV and Cadel will need a gentleman's agreement to split up the spotting duties.
Also, I expect Hincapie to be there to help Cadel on the last hill. Halfway up all bets are off and it will be up to the legs. Truthfully, I expect it still to go to the ITT.
