In any case, I ordered the 28 Pasela skin wall today from the other LBS I like. It'll be $5 more/tire than online, but with shipping the difference isn't too much, so I decided to just wait a little longer and order it from them since it's not like I don't have another bike to ride anyway. I should be able to comment on fitting that tire on a Miyata 914 and comment on the quality of the non TG Pasela in a couple weeks.
