I'm currently wearing Wiley X blink glasses with prescription transition lenses. They work well for me. If they are good enough for the US military they are good enough for me.
I wear WileyX too, but my Rx is too strong to wear the blinks. There's too much distortion with wrap around lenses. I have the PT-3s which use an Rx insert. They do well.
