Bikes: Too many to count alway changing

No offense but I would not call that bike in very good condition... Its extremely dirty and looks as if it may have a bent front fork. In a good bike market that bike would sell for $50 to $75 as is. If the front fork is in deed bent it worth about $35. Once the bike is refurbished... with new bar tape, cables, cain, new grease... and cleaned... you might be able to get between $150 and $200. Thats my opinion. How is the vintage bike market in Western NY?
