I found a solution to the heat. Yesterday, it was in the upper 80's/low 90's when I took off for a ride. Noticed that the clouds looked a lot like they do in the fall, and got to thinking about how great it was to ride in October and about football season, and how when I lived in Knoxville, I'd ride during the football games since there was never any traffic on the roads. Thought about that the whole ride, managed to brainwash myself, and never noticed it was hot!

Now, if I could just do that everyday!
