The Serfas Seca RS tires were incredible for me for the first 1000 miles. They rolled well, are very light and also had great traction even in the rain. After 1000 miles however, the flats came...and kept on coming. It was rediculous. After 2000 miles, the front and rear tires were so worn they had to be removed. There were also bulges present on the tread of BOTH tires. Since I had to pull my tires so often I kept on noticing how many cuts were on these tires. There were an alarming number of cuts in the tires with so many pieces of gravel and little rocks imbedded in the tires. If you change you tires every 1000 miles no matter what, these tires are a bargain. A BETTER option would be to go with Vittoria Zaffiro Pro Slick tires. They are sometimes cheaper and you can get more miles out of them. The Serfas Seca RS tires are fragile in my opinion.
