you need to rectify this ****, tell them to visit this thread--do the sign out front of store thing, hell I'll call them for you... you -cannot- accept this!!

most shops give you 30-day return policy. Find a Orbea dealer outside of town (there were two dealers in town for the brand of bike I wanted, and I still drove out of town because I knew the guy had good reputation and was comfortable with the lbs). People will say "but if you don't buy local, no free tuneup" blahh, who cares.

seriously, please do not take this laying down (uhh, don't do anything crazy either).
