Actually that's not true, I've gotten better service from most online services then I have from most LBS's!!!! Granted I had problems with on-line but very few, I've had more problems with LBS's then I've had with on-line stores. And with On-line stores I don't get the snooty attitude I experience at LBS's. So your cute little saying is out of touch with reality.

Granted, if I walk into a LBS and they give me good service on a product I'm considering buying but know I can get it cheaper on-line, I will buy it from the LBS because their the ones that helped me.
