I have a "Haro Design" (not "Haro Bikes") MTB marked RAGE.

I can't find much info about this model... like it's actual age?



The tires and mudguard in this pic are not original equipment, of course.

Can anyone provide some pointers? The headset's rather creaky and I'm trying to figure out what's my next step in slowly improving this guy....
