Is it a good deal? The way the frame looks is a bit odd...

EDIT: The guy says its a late 70s, early 80s model

It looks about a '73 Mixte model to me with a later, cotterless crank - Appears to be in decent shape too.
Worth the asking price IMO. Mixte's tend to bring a premium these days.
