I went out today High 95 30% humidity. It sucks the first 10-15 miles then your body gets used to it. Be sure to carry lots of water. I ran out of one bottle in the first 1/3 of the route (50% of each bottle, one bottle water, one with cytomax). I sipped sparingly the next 1/2 of the route. I could feel myself not sweating for a while. I came up to the Habitat House that is on the bike path and went straight for the water fountain. I started sweating almost immediatly after water touched my lips.

I guess I need to carry a third or even a fourth bottle (my bottles are 24oz) Any suggestions on a solution to holding more water. I have a camelbak but theres no way I'm having that on my back for 40+ miles.
