Flipping etiqute?

So as I posted in the "saved from the dump" thread, I came into a bunch of bikes for a fair price the other day. I got them purely to flip and make a buck. Now I wrench a good bit, but am not really a flipper. I've only sold one bike since I got into C&V.

Here are the bikes again:

How much work/money do you guys put into these things. I'd love to buy new chains, cables and housings, and possibly bearings for all these guys but it can get pricey. I've also been buying my cables and housing from a LBS rather than buying a box (which I may do soon).

So how much time/work/money do you typically put into a flip?
