Microshift uses the same "2:1" actuation ratio as Shimano, whereas SRAM uses "1:1." I doubt you'll be happy with mixing SRAM shifters with Microshift derailleurs.

Microshift is producing a line of bar end shifters. I've seen these (BS-A09 9-sp and BS-A10 10-sp) on ebay and some UK online shops. I've not seen them offered in the States, though I haven't had reason to look hard or inquire otherwise. The A10 shifters are also produced in a carbon-wrapped design (with red anodized accents) that resembles SRAM's TT shifters. I read a user's review somewhere not long ago in which the comments were quite positive.

Otherwise, Shimano remains an option.
