You watch Cadel Evans' historic win in the TDF at the penultimate stage individual time trial and think to yourself "hmmmm, you know that big aero extension on the back of his helmet would be ideal house a rain poncho that deploys down over your body and rack/panniers, maybe even a battery for the helmet mounted light as well.... how would you fit a rack to that bike? ....hmmmm"
