Most weekdays I can't get out until noonish so, when I leave, the heat index is over 100 and, an hour later when I get back, it's over 110. This week, I'll try to sneak in a hour closer to 10:00 but, as they say, work is the curse of the cycling class. Keeping the rides a little shorter and slower and drinking a 24 oz water bottle on an hour ride has worked so far.
