I have been road biking for a while now and I have never had an issue and then about a week ago my tailbone started hurting like he**. By day three I cannot even sit down or lay on my back anymore because I have a polinidal cyst. It has grown and grown. I had to have it drained yesterday which hurt sooo bad and tomorrow I have surgery. Has anyone else ever gotten this from riding?
